  聚脲涂料主要是由异氰酸酯组分和聚醚胺的组合料组成的,现有的聚脲原材料主要由MDI、聚醚多元 胺、聚醚多元醇、胺扩链剂、各种功能助剂、颜填料、活性稀释剂等组成。

  Spray polyurea coating is mainly composed of isocyanate group and polyether amine compound consisting of existing polyurea raw materials mainly by the composition of MDI, polyether polyamine, polyether polyol, polyamine chain extender, each kind of function additives, pigments and fillers, active diluent.

  1、各种不同MDI对聚脲涂膜机能的影响

  液化的MDI:液化的MDI一般是4位对称的结构,可以增强涂膜的拉伸的强度,加快反应的速度;

  粗MDI:因具有高官能度,可以有效进步涂膜的撕裂强度;

  DMTDA(3,5二甲硫基甲苯二胺):可降低反应速度,进步涂膜的流平性;
